Shipping policy

We don't charge any costs for shipping anywhere in the world. 

Estimated working-day targets for shipping are:

  • New Zealand: 1-2 working days with NZ Post
  • Australia: 1-3 working days with DHL Express
  • North America: 2-6 working days with DHL Express
  • Asia: 2-6 working days with DHL Express
  • European Union: 1-4 working day target with DHL Express or UPS
  • Rest of Europe & UK: 4-8 working day target with DHL Express
  • Rest of the World: 6-10 working day target with DHL Express

Allow 24 hours for us to process your order for shipping (not including weekends).

Do you already know whether or not you'll need to pay import duties and taxes when the order arrives in your country?

  • Shipping to the United States of America? Prices include all import taxes, duties and tariffs at checkout. You won't be charged any extra costs upon import with DHL.
  • Shipping to New Zealand, Australia, the EU, Switzerland, Norway or Canada (BC only)? Great news; we include sales taxes (VAT/GST) in your order, so it’ll arrive at your door with all taxes and duties already sorted. No import surprises, just ready to enjoy!
  • But, for all other countries, we are not allowed to collect tax or duties on your behalf. That means upon import, DHL will contact you to collect payment for any taxes or duties payable according to your countries' laws. We recommend you check the information published by your national customs office to understand your compliance obligations when importing goods.
